Primal Life Gym was founded in the summer of 2019 to answer a need. That need was for a gym in the heart of Lincoln that provides professional level equipment in a modern, comfortable setting, run by people who have a genuine passion for health, exercise and fitness.
We offer everything that you need to reach your fitness goals under one roof, from our team of dedicated and knowledgeable coaches to an on-site store stocking a range of protein shakes and bars, supplements and more. Our individual changing rooms, toilets and showers ensure that all your needs are met within privacy and comfort.

Our gym is based in Lincoln city centre and includes free onsite parking - our opening hours are 6am - 8pm weekdays, 6am - 4pm Saturday and 9am - 1pm Sundays. If this is something you would be interested in, please send us a message, or give us a call on 01522 262990.
